There is a flat rate shipping of $9.95 for domestic orders. Shipping over $75 is free.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order, or editing the order.
The item I want is out of stock. Will there be a restock soon?
If the item or size you want is sold out and you'd like to be put on a waitlist, please send us an email.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

How do I return an item?
Please send an email to contact@tamelabel.com to get the return process started. After which you will receive an automated email with directions on how to print your return label. Once we receive the merchandise back, we will immediately process your refund, minus shipping costs.

Product sizing varies with each item and style. Fit guides can be found on each product detail page. We typically recommend you size up as our items tend to run small. To chat more about sizing, just reach out!
How do I care for my product?
Individualized care instructions can be find on each item description. In general we recommend dry clean or machine on wash cold and lay flat to dry.
